Franklin Delano Weydig, 82, a resident of Greenfield Court in Lancaster, NY, formerly of Fishkill, NY, died peacefully on October 14, 2021. He raised his family in Mahopac, NY.

Born in Queens on November 27, 1938, Frank was the son of the late John and Clara (Johnston) Weydig.

Frank was a devoted member of the Croton Falls Fire Department and the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department with over 40 years of combined service. He owned and operated Weydig TV in Croton Falls, NY for 35 years. Frank enjoyed golf, watching sports, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed spending time at his vacation homes in Long Beach Island, NJ and Palm Coast, FL.

Franklin was predeceased by his wife of over 60 years, the former Dorothy Ann Pisciotta. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a brother and three sisters.

Frank is survived by his children and their spouses, Donna (and Tom Shepardson) of Delmar, NY, Laurie (and Robert Camastro) of Sarasota, FL, and Steven (and Elizabeth Weydig) of Lancaster, NY; his grandchildren Chris (and Michelle Camastro), Nick (and Brittany Camastro), Tommy Shepardson, Kelsey Shepardson, Robby Camastro, Katie Shepardson, Lauren Weydig, and Ella Weydig; great grandchildren, Leo, Stella, Naomi, Charlie; and his sisters Clara Hansen and Irene Shearer.
