June 1, 1946 – February 24, 2025  Of Lancaster, NY.  Beloved husband of Carol (Timm) Schihl; loving father of James (Deborah) Schihl, Jeffrey (Sarah) Schihl, Jody (Ron) Ast and Jennifer John; dearest grandfather of Mary, Jack, Madelyn, Alex, Henry, James, Aaron, Adam and Evelyn; great-grandfather of Lucy; brother of Dale Ann Schihl, Deborah (Bill) Sutherland, Christine Goodhart, Joseph (Joan) Schihl and the late Bonnie Sue (Doug) Kutzbach; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC.
