HARRIGAN Joann F. (Cox)  August 11, 1934 – March 3-30-2024   Beloved wife of the late Charles J. Harrigan; loving mother of Timothy (Becky) Harrigan, Daniel (Karen McGonigal) Harrigan and Kimberly Harrigan; grandmother of Amanda, Anna, Daniel, Sean Harrigan and Noah Hershey; sister of Elaine Rote also pre-deceased by 4 brothers and 3 sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews.  Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC.
