ADAMEC – Joseph F. December 15, 1941 – October 18, 2024  Of Lancaster, NY beloved husband of Mary (Siska) Adamec; loving father of Stephen (late Cindy) (Linda Colangelo), Joseph (Theresa), Todd (Anne) and Robyn Hoffman; "Papa" "Grandpa" of 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; brother of Ellen (late Nick) DeSimone and Linda (Frank) Zadlo; also survived by nieces and nephews.  Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC. FUNERAL HOME 27 Aurora St. Lancaster, NY Friday October 25th from 3-7 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Church Lancaster, NY Saturday the 26th at 9:30 am (please assemble at church).  Joe loved family and friends and was always willing to lend a hand or offer advice.  He was the Lancaster High School soccer coach for 46 years, an educator, founding member of the Lancaster-Depew Soccer Club, lifetime member of the Moose Club, an avid reader and Alum of Cortland University.
