HENS – Margaret E. (Long)

December 12,1932 - March 13, 2025 Of Lancaster, NY. Beloved wife of the late John Hens; loving mother of Michael (Gladys), David (Karen), Matthew (Mary Jane), Jeanne (Stephen) Malovich, and the late Rebecca (Phillip) Formwalt; dearest grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 18; predeceased by two brothers and one sister; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Margaret was a retired registered nurse from the Lancaster School District and an active member of Our Lady of Pompeii Parish, the Rosary Society, and the Bereavement Committee. Family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, March 19th, from 3-7 PM at Wendel & Loecher Inc. Funeral Home, 27 Aurora St., Lancaster, NY.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Lancaster, NY on Thursday, March 20th at 10:00 AM (please assemble at church).
