Beloved son of Marjorie (Last) and late Ronald Schmitt; loving brother of Thomas (Lynn) Schmitt, Kristin Lippert and the late Michael (late Rosemary) Schmitt; uncle of Karen, Rachel (Gerald) Taylor, Benjamin (Danielle) Schmitt, Jenna Lippert, Kaitlyn (Jackie) Lippert, Melissa (Carlos) Williams and Rebecca (Josh) Sanders; God father of Henry Taylor; also survived by other loving relatives.  Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC.
