the late Harry; loving mother of Gary
(Karen) and Carol Sobolewski; loving
grandmother of Michael and Paul
Sobolewski; sister of Ronald (Marcia)
Kozminski; sister-in-law of Gerald
(Shirley) Sobolewski; also survived by
a  niece, nephew, many cousins
and friends. Her most cherished role in
life was being the best grandma ever to
"her boys." They were her constant pride
and joy. The family wishes to thank her
friends and Hospice staff who supported
her and assisted in her care. Memorials
in Pat's name may be made to the
Hospice Foundation. Funeral Services
