Paul Anthony Ostermeier passed peacefully after a brief illness on Aug. 29, 2025. Born in Buffalo, NY October 9, 1938 to Ralph and Jane (McNerney) Ostermeier Reed, he was an artist, tinkerer and builder who loved all of his children and adored his grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his parents, step father Vernon Reed, his beloved wife Katherine (Sergi) and daughter Mary Knab. He is survived by daughters Linda (Gary) Storm, Bonnie Dysinger and Heather (Bill) Maher as well as his grandchildren April (Ravi) Kapur, Nathan (Rasamee) Storm, Amber Fath, Christine (Mike) Cipolla, Sara Knab, Cadance Storm, Megan (Jeff) Vandusen, Juniper Storm, Evan, Mya Rose and Lila Maher and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Judy Rodrigues, family friend of 50 years Louise Zgoda, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC.
