HERGET- Robert M. August 15, 1959 – June 7, 2024  Of Lancaster, NY beloved son of the late Robert Herget , late Joy Herget and late Donna Herget; loving brother of Tim (Ellen) Herget, Jennifer (Bill) Morgan, Bonnie (Nelson) Stafford, Sandra (Michael) Zelinsky, Scott (Jessica) Wander and the late Deborah (Jeff) Pumm; dearest uncle of 12 and great uncle of 1.  Family will receive relatives and friends at the WENDEL & LOECHER INC. FUNERAL HOME 27 Aurora St. Lancaster, NY Thursday from 3-7pm.  Funeral services will be held at the Lancaster Presbyterian Church 5461 Broadway Lancaster, NY Friday morning at 11am (Please assemble at Church).  Rob was the past Chief of the Village of Lancaster Fire Department, former member of the Lancaster Ambulance Corp., member of Holland Fire Department Exempts and was active with the Lancaster Presbyterian Church.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ALS Association or ALS-TDI  in Rob's name.  Share condolences at wendelandloecherinc.com
